Harvest made just with organic fertilizers, the grape harvest is handmade and it is aged in oak barrels for 18 months and for others 7 months, after bottling, in an underground cellar. With aging its rubi red color, tends to become grenat. Broad and persistent aroma, fruit flavored, dry and round taste. It is recommended uncork one hour before serving.
It goes well with roast, barbecue, game and ripe cheeses.
